Mad. Sq. Holiday

Tis the season in Madison Square Park! Beginning in 1912, Madison Square was home to the first public holiday tree in the nation. Madison Square Park Conservancy continues this wonderful tradition with our 11th annual tree lighting ceremony.

Join us for the celebration of Mad. Sq. Holiday on December 10, 2013! Festivities include entertainment from The New York Life Singers, and Mad. Sq. Kids favorite Audra Rox, treats from Hill Country Pie Kitchen, Hill Country Chicken and SD26 Restaurant & Wine Bar, as well as a holiday planting and crafts, courtesy of MSPC.

Festivities start at 3:30pm with the countdown to the illumination of the Tree of Light beginning at 5pm.

Mad. Sq. Holiday is supported by Walgreens | Duane Reade, The Flatiron/23rd Street Partnership, Hill Country Pie Kitchen, Hill Country Chicken, and SD26 Restaurant & Wine Bar.
