It was another hot one here on the Madison Square Park Oval Lawn! Songs for Seeds helped us get up and “shake it,” literally! The band provided bright and colorful shakers and the Lawn was buzzing with the sound throughout the morning. As the band sang well known songs that were adapted for kids like James Brown’s “Get on Up” and The Beach Boys’ classic “Surfin’ USA,” the crowd sang along, enjoying all of the throw back tunes. The band also helped us learn about the magical number “5″ and made the rest of the show truly interactive for the kids and the adults.
