Star Chefs and Top Restaurateurs Present Fare in Park to Support Historic Urban Green Space and Free Cultural Programs
Madison Square Park hosts its annual summer feast, Celebrate Flatiron Chefs!, on July 12, 2011. This one-of-a-kind, outdoor tasting celebration features offerings from 26 top restaurants and respected chefs from the vibrant Flatiron district and beyond, offering a rare opportunity for food-loving guests to interact withsome of the hottest names in the culinary world. Guests will enjoy signaturedishes as well as a variety of drink offerings and music by local favorite Citigrass, in a beautiful setting amid one of the city’s most historic parks. Tickets are $260 for VIP admission at 5:30pm, or $160 for general entry at 6:30pm. Money raised supports Madison Square Park horticulture, upkeep and free cultural programs, including public art, live music, children’s concerts and literary discussions. Celebrate Flatiron Chefs! is supported by Time Out New York magazine and Delta Air Lines.
